Frank W. Pettigrew, born in Grand Prairie, Texas, was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1982. He was educated at the University of Texas at Austin, (B.A. 1978) and South Texas College of Law (J.D. 1982). He has practiced law in Dallas, Tarrant, and contiguous counties continuously since 1982. He and his wife Kerri have been married since 1985 and they have two grown sons, Taylor and Spencer. Frank’s primary practice involves Family Law, Probate and Wills, Personal Injury Law, and Civil Litigation.


He has helped numerous clients navigate though complicated family law issues involving divorce, child custody, visitation and adoption. He has also helped clients with estate planning which involves wills, power of attorney and other valuable estate planning documents. He further assists clients with the probate of wills and estates after the death of a loved one.

The many personal injury cases he has handled involved automobile and motorcycle accidents, premises liability and other injury and insurance claims.

Frank is dedicated to the practice of law and is committed to his clients and the community in which he lives and works. The majority of the cases he handles are in the Dallas and Fort Worth metroplex but Frank frequently assists in the surrounding area of Ellis, Denton, Johnson, and Collin counties as well.


 
 
 
 
   Sam W. Pettigrew, Jr. has been practicing law in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex for over 25 years.  He is a member in good standing of the Texas State Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice in all State of Texas courts and in the Northern District of Texas Federal Courts.
 
   Sam W. Pettigrew, Jr. is a general practice attorney.  He handles cases involving Family, Probate, Personal Injury, Wills, and Criminal issues.  Although not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, he is qualified to handle such cases.  He has tried numerous jury trials.

   Forrest W. "Bill" Wagner received both his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He graduated from The University of Texas School of Law in 1964. After service in the United States Army, he began his practice of law in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 1968. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Academy of Family Law specialists. He has been board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1988. Bill has been married to his wife, Cindy, since 1973. They have three children and six grandchildren. Bill's practice is primarily in the area of family law, probate and wills, and criminal law. He is an experienced litigator with many trials before both judges and juries.


Bill believes that family is very important. Therefore, he understands the stress and anxiety that occurs when a family breaks up because of divorce of the death of a loved one. He is committed to representing each client in a timely and professional manner always keeping the client well informed and keeping the best interest of the client as his foremost concern.
